LIVE STRENGTH PROGRAMS
HOP Strength (HOPS) LIVE runs every Tuesday and Friday morning from 5:45am to 6:30am CST.
What is it? HOPS Live is an online, 2 way video strength training class we host 2 mornings a week starting at 5:45 am CST for about 45 minutes. You get to train in real time with our coaches, as well as other athletes from all over the country. This format maximizes your motivation, accountability, and you get feedback on your form as we go. No better way to get your strength work in!
What if you miss a LIVE session? No problem. Every HOPS session will be recorded for you to complete any time.
